This advanced training programme is designed to enable leading health personnel in partner countries to become familiar with the modern management instruments needed in guaranteeing effective, efficient and needs-oriented management in health care facilities and, in this way, take on a multiplier role in implementing reform in the hospital sector in their own countries.
