The Alumniportal Deutschland’s help system is symbolised by a blue question mark. You will find it in both the service and the community areas. Should you need help at any point, simply click on the question mark.

Forgot username or password?
If you had registered some time ago, but now forgot your password, then you can request the system to send a new password to you. Just enter the email-address, which you used during registration, into the given form.
If you forgot your username, just look into the last mail you received from Alumniportal Deutschland. The username is always included at the end of each message.
Questions and help concerning the community
