Ángela León Cáceres

Ángela León Cáceres is an international expert and mixed-methods researcher specializing in global public health, gender-specific and transformative programs and development. For more than a decade, she has been dedicated to developing strategies to improve and strengthen capacities and plans to position health as a human right. Her work emphasizes the importance of public health action at national and international levels. She is the Global Coordinator of Women4GlobalFund, where she is committed to overcoming stigma, discrimination, racism and structural gender inequalities through strong advocacy and political analysis in public health. Ángela serves as a member of the Developing Country NGO Delegation to the Global Fund Board and as Global member of the TB Community Advisory Board, influencing key spaces for decision-making around gender-transformation in science, programmes , governance structures and funding.

Dr. Skylor Zhitian Zhang

Dr. Zhang, a Creativity and Marketing Specialist at the , actively fosters entrepreneurial ecosystems within academia. She's a key member of various Entrepreneurial Communities, including the Tübingen University Start-up Center and Guild Women in Entrepreneurship Program. Dr. Zhang is the winner of the "InnoSpark: Idea Challenge" at Tübingen University and leads the "Educational Innovation Program". Additionally, she leads the European network project “EU-FairPlay“, addressing educational equity gaps through game-based approaches. As an ICF-trained career and life coach, Dr. Zhang specialises in empowering early career researchers in both their academic and entrepreneurial pursuits. Learn more at .
