Health is a fundamental human right, but millions of people around the world still do not have reliable access to health services. Women, children, poor, and marginalized groups are particularly disadvantaged. Environmental factors such as , malnutrition, and unsafe living conditions exacerbate the situation. The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed the weaknesses of healthcare systems and existing inequalities.

Digital health technologies offer new opportunities for prevention, education, and care. To be effective, they must be developed and used responsibly and inclusively - for a fairer and healthier future for all.
