This workshop is intended for international career starters or professionals who are starting a career in Germany.
To improve your intercultural communication skills and make it easier to recognise potential conflicts in an intercultural context, this training will provide you with the following intercultural competences:

o knowledge of country and culture
o dealing with stereotypes and prejudices
o understanding cultural characteristics, values and ways of thinking
