This online seminar offers a practical introduction to project management. The aim is to provide participants with a basic understanding of project work and to introduce key methods and tools. In addition to conveying essential knowledge, the seminar focuses on hands-on exercises and useful tips for real-world application.

What defines a project, and why is project management important? What methods are available, how do they work, and when should they be applied? Participants will gain an overview of both traditional and agile approaches, become familiar with the main project phases, and receive input on how to collaborate effectively within project teams.
