Renewable Energy and Environmental Experts-African Network (REEE-AN)

REEE-AN is a network of past graduates across Africa (i.e. ARTES/SESAM) from University of Flensburg. This network is meant to bring past students under one umbrella to share experiences and knowledge and further put their capacities together to undertake projects which would assist rural communities in Africa. Following this initial interest, proposal was sent to DAAD, and the 1st DAAD sponsored African Alumni workshop was organized in Ghana. The network was registered as an international non-governmental organization in July 2009, with the Register General Department, Ghana. It has country coordinators in Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Niger, Sierra-Leone, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Eritrea, Sudan, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Somalia, Botswana, Zambia, Lesotho and Cameroon.
