SIADP - SPRING International Association for Development Planners
Since the first SPRING batch finished its study more than 380 educated planners from more than 45 countries returned to their home-countries and most of them work in the field of development.
To keep the ties to each other and to facilitate communication among all we founded SIADP in 1991. It offers an opportunity to discuss news and to spread developments which are interesting for third world planners.
Furthermore, Alumni meetings were organised in the home countries as Indonesia, Tanzania, Ghana, and Ethiopia for example. SIADP helps the members to look for jobs, to keep contacts and to be informed what is going on around by distributing the Newsletter once a year. The Newsletter is free for members; there is only a solitary enrolment fee of or 25 EURO, for current or former SPRING students. SIADP is also open to non-students by an enrolment fee of 50 EURO.
