This course contributes to the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16 “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.” It equips participants with practical tools and skills to promote models of community-based monitoring and evaluation and gender-responsive participation.

Case studies from different countries are presented and discussed in order to highlight those best practices and successful experiences that can be adapted to and further developed in local government practices.
The course takes place from 12 - 16 June 2017.
