Kindly, advise me on the age bracket that you consider suitable for these scholarships. I'm interested but I'm 47 years old. I did mathematics and economics and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. Have worked with Government of Kenya. I got an advanced professional certificate from the former Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft (CDG) in Germany between July 2001 and August 2002. Am I eligible for scholarship?
