ABOUT THE DAAD SOUTH ASIA ALUMNI DAYS, NOVEMBER 2021

What connects India and Germany in science and research? One of the important links is the strong network of Alumni spread across the globe of which you are a part! To celebrate this network and you as our valued ambassadors, the DAAD Regional Office New Delhi is organising the DAAD South Asia Alumni Days, 2021. This event series will take place from the 8th to the 19th of November 2021.

You can attend several individual events scheduled that will highlight various aspects of the DAAD alumni activity, focussing on strengthening your regional networks in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Through DAAD South Asia Alumni Days you can…

  • … use this platform for interdisciplinary exchange for the benefit of your research activity.

ORGANIZED AND HOSTED BY

The DAAD Regional Office in New Delhi office, established in 1960, promotes academic exchange between Germany and India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka. It provides information about education in Germany, grants scholarships to students, invites scientists from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka to Germany as well as those from Germany to these countries, and supports bilateral research projects.
