Speaker: Cyril Drouin is Chief eCommerce Officer for Greater China at Publicis Communications, as well as Founder and CEO of BysoftChina. Having lived in China for more than 10 years and founded an eCommerce and digital agency focusing on the Chinese market in 2003, Mr. Drouin has an extensive knowledge on the entire lifecycle of an eCommerce project. As its CEO and Senior eCommerce Consultant, Mr. Drouin, over the more than 10 years since its inception, helped BysoftChina to grow into a leader. More than 100 clients, ranging from SMEs to multinationals, have already benefited from his expertise - from its consulting and strategic phases to implementation and monitoring performance. Besides running the Publicis Commerce practice in China from the Shanghai office, Mr. Drouin is teaching eCommerce and Digital Marketing to MBA students and is, in addition to that, a well-respected speaker and trainer at various digital and eCommerce conferences.
