Our annual review provides an extract of our activities as well as facts and figures from the past year. We also take a look back at new formats and campaigns that we realised for the first time this year.

Highlights of the year

This year, the Alumniportal Community focused in particular on the question of how to create more sustainable and liveable cities and communities worldwide. Numerous alumni took part in the Community Challenge 2023 "Sustainable Cities for People and the Planet" and jointly organized the Alumniportal annual conference "Sustainable Cities: From Challenges to Solutions" in November.

What to expect in 2024

We are sure that 2024 will also be an exciting year for the Alumniportal Deutschland. In addition to the continuation of tried-and-tested events, we will surprise you with some new event formats. There will also be a new Community Challenge and a major digital conference at the end of the year. As usual, we will continue to provide regular updates in our online magazine and newsletter on current developments in the areas of German language & culture, study & further education, science & research and careers. We would be particularly pleased if you would and contribute your ideas to the .
