Carolyn Litzbarski

Carolyn holds a Master's degree in Social Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University. With certifications as a systemic advisor and stress prevention trainer (ZPP certified), she has extensive expertise in psychosocial and employee consulting in the corporate environment.

As a freelance lecturer in virtual teaching at a Diploma University of Applied Sciences and an experienced online coach, she is specialized in guiding young professionals and managers through the application process, career change, communication, conflict resolution and self-management. Her practical, hands-on approach ensures that participants gain valuable skills and insights to help them succeed in their careers.
