Psychological Problems during the Covid-19 Pandemic: Young Adults are most at Risk
The Virtual Coffee Break on the Alumniportal Deutschland
Topic: "Student Wellbeing during the COVID-19 Pandemic"
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, students are increasingly struggling with mental health difficulties. Research has shown that feelings of stress and mental health problems have increased over the course of the pandemic. In this virtual coffee break, we hear about a study that looks at the well-being of students during the Covid-19 pandemic and that has been carried out in several countries such as Turkey, Poland and Hungary. The aim of the study was to find out about the levels of stress and the mental health of students during the pandemic and to research signs of stress levels.
Join us and our expert, Germany-Alumnus Assoc. Prof. Dr. Imran Aslan, in a virtual discussion on this topic. Professor Aslan is a leading contributor to the international study mentioned above.
When: February 18, 2021, 15:00 - 16:15 (UTC+1)
